User Guide to CLP - updated draft

We've published an updated version of the User Guide to CLP, aimed at HCO users after team review.

Sample Org Agreement posted in Implementation Resources

We've posted a sample agreement between an ASAP and a Health Care Organization in Implementation Guides & Resources. 

User Guide Published

A new draft of the User Guide is published today.

The target audience is an End User at an HCO, who cares for patients, is curious about CLP's information on consumers, and is *not* a Web Custodian.

HCO Info Form posted in Implementation Resources

ASAPs should fill out this form once an HCO partnership is confirmed and signed. It provides EOEA will all the information it needs to set up the HCO for the Community Links Portal.
