• Known issue: Per Max on page 7, first password reset email. User Guide notes the wrong email address, the email actually comes from [email protected]. Harmony has submitted ticket 35405 to have this corrected and added it as an open item on our product readiness log.

User Guide Published

A new draft of the User Guide is published today.

The target audience is an End User at an HCO, who cares for patients, is curious about CLP's information on consumers, and is *not* a Web Custodian.

HCO Info Form posted in Implementation Resources

ASAPs should fill out this form once an HCO partnership is confirmed and signed. It provides EOEA will all the information it needs to set up the HCO for the Community Links Portal.
